Here at Clean Slate, we recommend twice per month to achieve optimal results. Our packages and credit are designed to help you achieve your skin goal.

All genders are welcomed at, and encouraged to come to, Clean Slate.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to check in. But we know life happens sometimes. If you're running late, please give us a heads up by calling us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you within 10 minutes of your appointment time, by fitting you in for a shorter treatment. However, after 10 minutes, we will unfortunately not be able to start your service and you will incur a RM50 cancellation fee from your package or credits.

For no-shows or any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge a fee of RM50 However, if you call over 24 hours before your appointment to let us know you can't make it, there are no fees.
